Additional drill results have been released from ongoing diamond drilling at Liberty Mines Inc.'s Redstone Nickel Mine, 24 kilometers southeast of Timmins.
These include an 8.17-metre interval grading 1.62 per cent nickel, which also contains a 0.35-metre interval grading 13.85 per cent nickel. Other results include a 7-metre interval grading 0.58 per cent nickel, and a 1.45-metre interval grading 1.01 per cent nickel.
This continued intersection of nickel mineralization at the mine suggests a possible continuity of the mineable resource to depth.
Drilling has defined continuous mineralization from the 773-metre level to the 1155-metre level, though strike lengths could not be identified, as it remains open to the east and west.
Diamond drilling is expected to later define mineralization from the 508-metre level to the 773-metre level.
Surface drilling is expected to continue in the interests of bringing much of the deep levels into an industry-compliant resource.
